Mike Tonks
Mike has served in a number of ministry positions from Youth Pastor to Senior Pastor. He is currently involved in serving at Calvary Chapel The Rock alongside his wife, Leslie (whom he met at Bible College).In his free time he enjoys his weekly daddy daughter dates with his 3 girls and wrestling with his son, coaching kids basketball or slipping away with his wife for a little time alone.
Steve Mayo
Steve Mayo is a Critical Response Pastor in full time urban and corrections ministry in Philadelphia. Steve has served as Director of Discipleship at Calvary Christian Academy Ft. Lauderdale’s. He has a passion for speaking and sharing the gospel and uses hip hop to convey his messages. Steve loves spending time with his wife Morgan, and their three children Titus, Quincy and Maxwell.
Brian Cook
Brian Cook is the Lead Pastor of Kern Calvary Chapel in Lake Isabella where he and his wife have been since 2020. They have two children, Abigail and Benjamin, whom they love to take to the park and go fishing at the lake. They are excited to serve the LORD in whatever capacity He calls them. Brian is looking forward to his time at Mt. Gilead and seeing what the LORD does in the lives of the campers.
Justo Madrigal
Justo Madrigal is the Assistant Pastor at Calvary Chapel Nuevo. Justo is a graduate of Calvary Bible Institute. Justo has a passion for teaching God’s word and building relationships! In his free time, he likes to spend time with his wife Ashley and daughter Haven. This will be his first time speaking at Mt. Gilead and he can’t wait to teach and get to know the youth.
Dominic Prete
Dominic grew up in the Sacramento area and currently works at Bayside Church. He has been involved in kids and youth ministry for the last five years. In fact, he worked on staff at Mt. Gilead as a counselor! He loves to rock climb, golf and just be outdoors. He has a passion for discipling the next generation.
Jared Furze
Jared's primary roles in life are husband and dad. Vocationally Jared has committed his life to helping students! Even while earning his bachelor's degree in Youth Ministry from Simpson University, he served as a youth pastor. He is currently a Middle School Pastor at Bayside Church Granite Bay. Jared finds so much honor and privilege in teaching God's Word.
