Easter Sunrise Service
March 28, 2027 | 6:00 am
“He is not here; he has risen! Remember how he told you, while he was still with you in Galilee: ‘The Son of Man must be delivered over to the hands of sinners, be crucified and on the third day be raised again.'” — Luke 24:6–7
The Sunrise Service with the Most Spectacular View
Each year on Easter Sunday morning, hundreds of people make their way up the mountain to Inspiration Point at Mt. Gilead to greet the sunrise and celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ. The Press Democrat has called it “the sunrise service with the most spectacular view” and those who have been know exactly why.
Following the service, everyone is invited down to Mt. Gilead’s Dining Hall for a warm Easter breakfast of cinnamon rolls, chocolate chip pancakes, sausage, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, coffee, cocoa, and more. Come hungry. Come grateful. Come make memories.

Easter Breakfast
After the service, join us in the Mt. Gilead Dining Hall for a warm, hearty Easter breakfast. It is the perfect way to continue the celebration — full plates, good coffee, and the kind of conversation that only happens after you have watched the sun rise over the valley together.
Suggested Donation:
